MEET GLOBART'S CULTURAL TOUR PARTNERS
ALMULA CAMDERELIShe and her family always wanted to have a pet “Stitch”, a mischievous genetically-engineered, extraterrestrial lifeform (reference: cartoon movie “Lilo and Stitch”), they settled on two guinea pigs, because they looked like heroic rock stars. They had to get a cavachon (the sweetest dog in the world) to tame those egocentric pigs. Tarchin, the puppy, is still working on it!
Although she defines herself as a person free of job titles, it would be correct to say that she is an artist and a life-time learner. Her paintings have been shown in several venues including the Art League of the Alexandria Torpedo Art Factory, where she received her training in abstract painting. She loves incorporating different media and various visual mediums of expression instead of focusing on one stream of arts. She was so excited about using clear plastic tubes one time, even the assisting Home Depot employee looked "a little spooked". He did not know it was for a higher artistic purpose. She has worked as a business school professor for 7 years in a highly reputable university in DC and as a managing partner in a data-analytics consulting firm before she started to focus on her venture of inspiring people about preserving valuable world cultural heritages. She is an engineer and has a PhD in business from Kenan Flagler Business School of UNC-Chapel Hill. |
ZELIHA BUGE ONALShe has worked in business administration and as a sales manager in multi-national companies before partnering with Globart to celebrate world cultures. Her impeccable organizational skills make our tours run seamlessly. We always suspect that she is studying earth’s gravity and monitoring seismic activities to ensure the safety of our participants as she is actually a geophysics engineer.
Of course, she has conquered North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. What were you thinking! Next in her list is Antarctica. We think she will learn "Penguinish" and strike a deal with a local bus company to put an end to that challenging "march of the penguins". She will babysit little Pingus to give penguin parents some time off from daily stress of escaping sea lions and orcas. |
